Biohof Bobbert | Farm Shop & Opening Hours

Biohof Bobbert in Bielefeld-Quelle is a family-run organic farm that combines agriculture, direct marketing, farm kitchen, and events in one place. On the official website, the operation describes itself as a place for fresh organic food from its own production, with a farm shop, daily farm kitchen, regular event program, and clear visiting hours. A particularly defining feature is the direct connection between field, stable, kitchen, and shop: vegetables are harvested in the morning, processed, and sold without detours, while the shop also offers a wide range of organic products. For visitors, this is not just shopping but a farm experience with an authentic connection to the region and the history of the place. ([biohof-bobbert.de](https://www.biohof-bobbert.de/))

The location in Bielefeld-Quelle, the connection via the B 68, the bike recommendation from the center, and the bus connection to the stop Quelle-Kirche make the farm easily accessible. At the same time, the website shows that Biohof Bobbert is much more than a classic farm shop: there are events, farm festivals, seasonal promotions, jobs, and training positions. Therefore, those searching for Biohof Bobbert Bielefeld, Quelle, photos, festivals, jobs, or prices will find a location that closely combines shopping, family business, and rural atmosphere. This mix is the core of the farm and makes it so interesting for local search queries. ([biohof-bobbert.de](https://www.biohof-bobbert.de/))

Farm Shop, Opening Hours, and Organic Range

The farm shop is one of the most important search reasons related to Biohof Bobbert, and this is where the operation provides clear, up-to-date information. The farm shop is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The farm emphasizes on its website that much of the produce comes directly from the field to the shop. In the morning, it is harvested, washed, and then sold fresh. This is a significant difference for many visitors compared to a regular supermarket, as the paths are short, the products rotate seasonally, and the farm makes its organic production visible. The offer is complemented by a full range of natural foods, meaning not only its own products but also carefully selected organic products for daily shopping. ([biohof-bobbert.de](https://www.biohof-bobbert.de/))

Vegetables and potatoes from its own cultivation play a central role in the range, along with meat and sausage from cattle, pigs, sheep, and geese from its own husbandry. The farm shop also offers cheese, bread and baked goods, fish, eggs, delicacies, natural products, beverages, honey, sweets, natural cosmetics, and cleaning agents. The connection to the farm kitchen is particularly strong: in the shop, you will find sweet cakes and tarts, savory quiches and patties, homemade salads, meatballs, roasts, soups, and stews. According to the farm, there are changing stews or soups to try and take away on weekends. So, those searching for farm shop, Biohof Bobbert opening hours, or Biohof Bobbert range will find here not only a few regional products but a broadly established organic offer with a tangible artisanal character. The official information for finding Biohof Bobbert's directions and address is very clear. The address is Alleestraße 3, 33649 Bielefeld. The farm is conveniently located near the B 68 in Bielefeld-Quelle, in a district that, according to the city marketplace entry, is listed as a regional organic provider. Those coming from downtown Bielefeld will even find a specific bike recommendation on the website: the beautiful bike path above the Ostwestfalendamm. For public transport, the farm mentions bus line 22 with the stop Quelle-Kirche. This makes the visit well-planned not only for locals but also for visitors and shoppers without a car. ([biohof-bobbert.de](https://www.biohof-bobbert.de/))

The visit to the farm is consciously designed as an experience. The website invites you to stroll through the fields, shop directly in the farm shop, and watch the animals feeding and playing. However, the farm explicitly points out that no accommodation can be offered for interns. For the training area, Biohof Bobbert names the professions of farmer and gardener. Together with the information about the family structure on the homepage, it becomes clear: here not only individual employees work, but a larger farm network of family members, professionals, trainees, temporary workers, and volunteers. So, those searching for Biohof Bobbert internship, Biohof Bobbert training, or Biohof Bobbert jobs will find a lively operation with real development opportunities. History, Organic Farming, and Photos

The history of the farm is unusually long and gives Biohof Bobbert a special background. The website describes that the farm's history began as early as 1036, initially as a supply for the episcopal household of Paderborn. In the 14th century, the farm changed ownership to the noble lords of Lippe and later to the territorial ownership of the Counts of Ravensberg. Only a few historical building parts with the old farm wall remain, but the continuity of the place is still palpable today. The modern operation started in March 2000 when Oda and Rüdiger Bobbert leased the farmstead, converted the old grain store into an apartment, and opened the first farm shop in the former milking parlor. In 2005, the barn was expanded into a large, light-flooded farm shop with a farm kitchen. In 2014, another operational area was added with the farm lease in Ubbedissen. ([biohof-bobbert.de](https://www.biohof-bobbert.de/biohof))

In agricultural practice, the farm relies on organic farming guidelines, a closed-loop economy, and species-appropriate animal husbandry. Approximately 90 hectares of arable land, four hectares of horticulture, about 65 German Angus cattle, 85 pigs, 20 Coburg fox sheep, and 350 geese are mentioned. The farm grows potatoes, grains, peas, field beans, cabbage, carrots, salads, leeks, beets, tomatoes, peppers, and leafy vegetables, among others. Additionally, there are green manuring, mechanical weed control, orchards, solar power, an emissions-free utility vehicle, and other sustainability measures. Also, those searching for photos will find plenty of visual material and impressions on the website and in the farm festival flyer: market stalls, products, farm scenes, family pictures, and program motifs make the farm tangible. Thus, Biohof Bobbert becomes not only an address for organic products but also a place with history, values, and visible personality. ([biohof-bobbert.de](https://www.biohof-bobbert.de/biohof))

Wow, absolute recommendation. Great location, there's a lot for kids to see, real farm feeling. The market is great and the staff are nice. I was there right on time for closing, which isn't usually nice, but you shouldn't show it. It was clear that it’s not just a job for the people. The food was delicious, the cake was great. I will definitely come back when I'm in Bielefeld again.
