A more detailed report will follow! Best regards, McFly I can't say much personally because, understandably, it's difficult to get in touch with the staff! But because of Corona, you can only enter the building wearing a mask! Attention! As of today, only FFP2 masks are allowed! You'll be greeted by security at the entrance! They're very friendly and explain how everything works! For example, anyone with an appointment now has to fill out a self-declaration form! But there's also hand sanitizer available! From what I saw, everything was very clean! Currently, there's only the front entrance! You can find all the other information in the photos! Best regards, McFly

Appointment at 8:30. Number 1020. I arrived half an hour early. The waiting room is empty. Number 1002 doesn't show up. The response: "They might still come." Next number: 1009. I should mention that the numbering isn't sequential. Still not there. 20 minutes have passed. I've been sitting in an empty waiting room for 20 minutes. Number 1009 is still not there. The response: "They might still come." It seems too complicated to prioritize an overly punctual customer in an empty waiting room. Or maybe they're just refusing to work. What kind of nonsense is this?!

There was scaffolding at the town hall for years, and while 99.99% of the time no work was done on it, it still cost money. Now there's scaffolding up again at ground level. Let's see how many more years we'll be paying for this even though nothing is ever being done (by the Hülsmann company).
