Appointment at 8:30. Number 1020. I arrived half an hour early. The waiting room is empty. Number 1002 doesn't show up. The response: "They might still come." Next number: 1009. The response: "They might still come." It seems too complicated to prioritize an overly punctual customer in an empty waiting room. Or maybe they're just refusing to work.
