The doctor impresses not only with his high professional competence but especially with his caring and empathetic manner in dealing with patients. You feel taken seriously and well cared for from the very first moment. The entire practice team is also exceptionally friendly, attentive, and well-organized. The atmosphere is pleasant and calming, making even a doctor's visit stress-free. I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice – here, the person is truly at the center!

I am very satisfied with Dr. Froböse. After Dr. Hippler Mehring retired, I was taken over by Dr. Froböse. The practice has been undergoing changes due to the transition from two doctors to one, which needed to be resolved and implemented. Now there is a female doctor for support. I was also frustrated with the appointment scheduling and took a year to get an appointment, but I had it explained to me and I understand the situation from last year. Ultimately, things are running better now, and I am satisfied with the treatment. Other eye doctors are no different when it comes to getting appointments. You hear that in family circles as well. By the way, doctors are scarce and overwhelmed, and that’s not the doctors' fault, I just wanted to say that.

Appointments through Clickdoc are almost exclusively available at 6 AM for the same day, mostly for the morning hours. If you need an appointment for a student as a working person, it's nearly impossible. An email appointment request mentioning the situation is only answered with a reference to the online appointment scheduling via Clickdoc. This is very disappointing, especially since we have been patients at the practice for over 20 years. We have always been more than satisfied with the treatment by the doctors.

Got an appointment through 116117 within a week, a large and perfectly organized practice with several waiting rooms, a big team, and multiple doctors. My young doctor took a lot of time after just an amazing 5 minutes of waiting and kindly answered all my questions, no pressure or stress at all - really a true recommendation. Located in the center of Jöllenbeck, there were still plenty of free parking spaces in the morning, and it's also easily reachable by bus from Bielefeld. Top!
