Disastrous!!! As a relative, you have to search for a caregiver for 10 minutes. Residents are left to their own devices on the wards or outside in the sun without drinks (risk of dehydration!). When a resident is in the hospital, their dirty laundry is left in the laundry chute for three weeks. The conditions in this facility are appalling. Despite the staff shortage, residents in other facilities are significantly better cared for.

I can't understand the bad reviews. My mother has been there since March. The staff is very friendly and she is lovingly cared for. There is a lot of entertainment on offer.
