Fantastic, great selection and amazingly good service.

The shop itself is well-stocked and the selection is very interesting (hence the second star). But unfortunately, the staff there—both the sales assistants and the sales clerks—treat you spitefully or even rudely if you don't obviously fit the politically left-wing stereotype or give the impression of being heterosexual. So much narrow-mindedness—yes, it exists even in those circles—is simply too much for me; it even disgusts me, and I'd rather buy books elsewhere.
