Especially in this sensitive matter, competence and friendliness should be paramount. On December 20, 2023, I submitted a gravestone application online to the cemetery administration. Unfortunately, nothing happened. So I called the administrative employee on January 15, 2024. She was initially unable to provide me with any information directly on the phone. So I waited for a call back. Nothing happened. So I called again. After several attempts, the phone was picked up, and I was told that the lady couldn't handle it right now. After about 40 minutes, I received a call back stating that the application had been approved. Unfortunately, the employee seemed completely overwhelmed. Empathy and competence can be improved!

This housing association does nothing for the tenants, and this place calls itself a church-run building!!!! The caretaker in Stapelbrede is a complete jerk, impossible to reach, totally unfriendly, someone like that shouldn't be working as a caretaker!!!!! It's not just me saying this, 80% of the tenants say the same!!!!!!!!!

The church building also houses a police department! I visited them and received very competent, patient, and friendly advice.

Only the staff and the food are any good; everything else is questionable. Lately, meaning for years, nothing has been done for the people; most of them are at the train station anyway.
