A very interesting place for hikes or bike rides. An old, restored mill. This is the information we found on the information board next to it: "The restored watermill Niemöller's Mill has been open again since 1994. We have had our own bakery since 2000. Here, bread is baked in a stone oven using traditional methods from our organic grain and bran, and our baker also bakes delicious butter cakes from time to time. The mill is open one weekend each from April to October. Admission is free. The mill can be visited from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. In our small 'Mill Café,' you can enjoy fresh cake with a cup of coffee or sample and purchase our hearty mill bread. Constantly changing exhibitions take place in the mill's attic. Guided tours are also offered. Additional appointments can be arranged for school classes or groups. We look forward to your visit." Definitely recommend a visit on your itinerary.

Niemöller's Mill is an idyllic gem in Quelle. The mill has been lovingly and expertly renovated. Today, the mill and its small café were open. Visitors could also peek into the bakery. They offer bread, cakes, coffee, and tea – enough to make a stop at the mill as a refreshing break during a hike or bike ride. There are lovely walking paths around the mill. We'll definitely be back. The free exhibition on the mill's history on the upper floor and the engine room in the basement are also worth seeing.
