I've been receiving treatment here for almost a year now for a knee injury and have had both physiotherapy and lymphatic drainage at the practice, and I'm extremely satisfied. Scheduling the initial appointment was very straightforward; I requested appointments via email, briefly described the reason for the prescription, and had my first appointments within a day. The treatment itself is also excellent; the staff are very friendly and accommodating. If someone has particularly enjoyed their treatment, they make every effort to ensure that person continues. For longer-term treatments, someone else also reviews the case periodically to prevent any errors in treatment. The open space in the practice is also very well-equipped and a really good and considerably cheaper alternative to a gym. I will definitely continue to come here, as the team has a wide range of expertise and can professionally treat many ailments. The practice and treatment rooms are also really nice, although, for my taste, sometimes a little too warm.
