I attended a small yoga retreat at Spirit over the weekend. From the very first minute, the atmosphere there is absolutely wonderful. It was so thoughtfully prepared, and you immediately feel at peace. Communication is incredibly pleasant, both on-site and during registration. The atmosphere among the other participants is also very supportive. Anyone looking to treat themselves in these fast-paced times will find this fantastic place in the heart of the city perfect.
