Very friendly staff. We received a map and initial description for our desired circular route, as well as an offer to learn something new in the knowledge workshop. Totally friendly and helpful.

These days, it's so easy to maintain your data on Google Maps. It's a great way to enter closing days. Then curious visitors to the city, like me today, wouldn't needlessly run to the tourist information office only to find the door locked. The fact that the presumably municipally owned company is closing isn't the problem; I'm just concerned with communication via common media.

The staff are very friendly and helpful.
