Gastronomy with heart and soul! A small jewel in the tradition of hearty and down-to-earth hospitality with a great landlord. A view like in Switzerland: mountains and forests. A very cosy beer garden like in Munich away from the meadows. Food that is plentiful and delicious. Very clean and lovingly decorated in many details. And a wonderful and friendly service round off this impression. Bielefeld has city marketing thanks to just such traditional innkeepers! It was lovely and we will certainly not have been there for the last time.

Simply a wonderful place to stop for the night on your journey. Food was delicious, and big portions, roasted with mustard and schnitzel with fries were yum. My 2 dogs were also welcome and they felt like at home right away. Customer service was top-notch, and hotel staff was super nice. I would definitely come back after lockdown when the pub is open. There are also beautiful views from the walking paths around the area, which is great for me and my doggos. I hope to come back soon, thank you.

Excellent hotel and restaurant. Personal service like no other. Recommended the dish in the photo and it was superb. We had a very comfortable apartment with the kids and dog. It was perfect. Forest nearby too for walks. The complimentary brandy with the owner afterwards was the icing on the cake.

An affordable hotel, if booked in advance. Their ambiance is nice and friendly. It's also clean. However, the internet is really poor. Neither internet works in the room nor mobile data package. Good thing they have enough free parking.
