A great place right in the city center. I come here sporadically for meditation or yoga, sometimes in a small room and sometimes in the large hall. A positive atmosphere pervades the place – everything is calm, well-maintained, and charming, with various kitchenettes and large tables for communal meals – and the courtyard is fantastic, for example, for a mindful walking meditation in an urban backyard setting. A lovely combination!
