I attended the pregnancy yoga course with Christiane, and my expectations were met exactly and even exceeded in some ways! Especially in the last trimester, you often don't have the strength to do all the exercises in a regular yoga class. Christiane designed the course so lovingly that alongside light strengthening exercises, there were always enough relaxation moments and breathing exercises. The class duration of 1.5 hours was also very pleasant. You could always go home relaxed and with a good feeling for the upcoming birth. Thank you so much for that!

Pregnancy yoga: I attended a few wonderful pregnancy yoga classes here. Each class was lovingly designed with many soothing exercises for relaxation, some strengthening, and also preparation for birth. Each participant was always looked after, and the exercises and asanas were adjusted as needed. Highly recommended for all pregnant women who want to do something good for themselves and their baby, especially very beneficial towards the end of pregnancy. Thank you so much for the lovely sessions!

The studio has a particularly cozy and peaceful atmosphere. You can feel the calm as soon as you enter, and you feel at home right away. It's a place where you can really switch off. I was coached by Christiane and felt well taken care of from the very beginning. Her empathetic and clear manner was very beneficial for me and accompanied me positively. I can really recommend Christiane and the studio. ✨

Great yoga school with friendly yoga teachers who are fully dedicated. I started with a 10-week beginner course that provided a fantastic introduction to yoga and gave me the chance to test if yoga is something for me. Additionally, we were specifically prepared in the beginner course to transition to the intermediate course.
