Peace Visions in the Light Church St. Meinolf

On Sunday, November 15, 2026, the Peace Concert in the Light Church St. Meinolf invites you to a special musical afternoon in Bielefeld. Under the guiding thought Peace is when …, the concert combines choral music, band sounds, projections, and communal singing into an impressive concert experience.

Music that makes a vision audible

The focus is on musical contributions from children, choir singers, and a versatile music group. The children's choir of the Marienschule, directed by Rebecca Möller, meets the large choir can carmina, conducted by Stefan Pollpeter. Together, a varied sound dramaturgy is created, bringing together different generations and musical expressions.

Choral sound meets live band

The music group SingedasLeben brings vocals, violin, bass guitar, percussion, keyboard, and guitar to the stage. Participants include Johanna Allerkamp, Dilara Is, Rainer Lücking, Jürgen Fehren, Asmin Is, and Johannes Neugebauer. The combination of choral orchestration, acoustic instruments, and modern stage performance creates an immediate live atmosphere.

Images, colors, and communal singing

Texts, images, and colors will be projected during the concert, expanding the musical space with visual impulses. For several songs, the audience is invited to sing along. Thus, the concert becomes not just a listening experience but a communal encounter where voices, thoughts, and peace visions come together.

Moderation and musical impulses

Matthias Peschka is involved with a music video. Marie-Pascale Gräbener takes over the moderation and also presents a song. The musical contributions provide a clear thematic line for the evening: Peace appears as a vision, a common goal, and a call to action.

Free admission in the Light Church

Admission is free, donations are welcome. The concert starts at 5 PM and is expected to end around 6:30 PM. The Light Church St. Meinolf offers an atmospheric setting for a concert that combines musical diversity and social engagement.
