Yahwe brings sound and poetry to the Capella Hospitalis

On Saturday, October 3, 2026, Yahwe invites you to a special concert evening at the Capella Hospitalis in Bielefeld at 6:00 PM. Under the title SINE MUSICA NULLA VITA, the musician and composer combines his own compositions with the multifaceted diversity of global music cultures.

When rhythm meets melody

Yahwe's guitar playing lives from an unusual connection: His many years of experience as a percussionist shapes the concert guitar with rhythmic precision, while harmonies and melodies open up the musical space. This synchronization creates a dense, dynamic sound with pronounced stage energy.

Balkan, Flamenco, and melancholic film music

The repertoire takes listeners through different sound worlds. Balkan-inspired pieces collide with spirited Flamenco music, complemented by improvisational elements and melancholic film music components. The orchestration arises immediately from the playing: Pulse, timbre, and musical tension grow from the guitar.

A concert evening with a special atmosphere

The Capella Hospitalis provides a concentrated framework for this concert experience with its historic architecture. In the unique acoustics of the former sacred space, delicate nuances can resonate just as much as powerful rhythmic passages. The audience can expect a live atmosphere between poetry, world music, and improvised sound discourse.
