Collage Postcards in Bielefeld: Creativity without performance pressure
On October 11, 2026, Collage Postcards | let's stick together invites you to a two-hour creative break in Bielefeld-Dornberg. The focus is on intuitively creating analog postcards: paper is torn, cut, combined, and turned into small, multi-layered works of art.
When paper becomes a design material
The rustling of paper, surprising color combinations, and different patterns define the exhibition atmosphere of the workshop. Magazine cutouts, old wallpapers, and colorful scraps of paper transform into individual compositions. The exploration of the artwork begins already during the creation process, as a new image idea grows from individual fragments.
Intuitive collage as an aesthetic experience
The analog collage combines elements from painting, graphics, and assemblage. Unlike a strictly planned drawing, the visual effect here emerges from the immediate interaction with shape, color, material, and surface. The tactile work anchors the participants in the moment and opens a playful access to cultural education.
A personal studio table for eight people
The small group creates space for focused work and individual impulses. Up to eight participants create their postcards without the demand for perfection. The materials are provided on-site, so the creative process can begin immediately. The result is unique small artworks with personal handwriting.
Conclusion: Two hours for color, form, and lightness
This art experience is aimed at everyone who wants to discover the joy of creation or experience a conscious creative break. The collage workshop combines aesthetic experience, tactile materials, and personal expressive power. Those who want to not only observe art but also experience it directly will find an inspiring place for new image ideas in Bielefeld-Dornberg.
