Creative Sunday Time at the Kunsthalle Bielefeld
On Sunday, October 18, 2026, the Kunsthalle Bielefeld invites you to the Sunday Studio. From 12 to 4 PM, an open creative space will be created where visitors can develop their own ideas, try out artistic techniques, and draw inspiration from the current exhibitions.
Inspiration meets personal creation
Amid artworks, colors, and shapes, the event experience begins with a curious look at the exhibition. The path then leads to the studio, where there is room for drawing, experimenting, and individual artistic ideas. There are no guidelines: each person finds their own access to the creative process.
For families, teenagers, and adults
The Sunday Studio is aimed at adults, teenagers, and children with adult supervision. An experienced art educator is available to provide advice and suggestions if needed. Prior knowledge is not required – curiosity, joy in trying out, and a desire for shared creative time is sufficient.
Organization and admission
The offering is accessible without registration and is included in the admission to the Kunsthalle. Adults pay 10 euros for the day pass, reduced tickets cost 4 euros. Children and teenagers under 18 years old receive free admission. The event planning combines exhibition visits and practical art education into a family-friendly Sunday program.
Conclusion: Experience art for yourself
The Sunday Studio creates a lively event atmosphere where visiting exhibitions and personal creation intersect. Those who want to not only observe art but also discover it with their own hands will find an inspiring place for creative time out at the Kunsthalle Bielefeld. Now reserve your Sunday for art, exchange, and new ideas.
