Discover, marvel, and create at the Bielefeld Art Hall

On Saturday, November 7, 2026, the Bielefeld Art Hall invites children aged 5 to 12 years for a creative family experience. From 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, the young participants will view pictures together, discuss their impressions, and develop their own artworks in the painting studio.

Exploring the exhibition with curious eyes

Colors, shapes, and exciting image ideas provide children with a child-friendly access to art. By viewing together, they discover details, formulate their own thoughts, and experience that there can be many different answers to art. This learning experience strengthens curiosity, expressive ability, and self-confidence.

Getting creative in the painting studio

After visiting the exhibition, it's time to create. The children will be inspired by the works they have seen and translate their ideas into personal images. The focus will be on the joy of experimenting, imagination, and the individual creative process. The program combines fun learning with practical experience and offers space for independent work.

Aged appropriately and with limited places

The program is aimed at children between 5 and 12 years old and takes place without adult supervision. Participation is without registration. Families can spontaneously check for available spots at the beginning of the event. Since the number of places is limited, early arrival is recommended.
