The event takes place at the Biological Station, Niederheide 63 in 33659 Bielefeld-Senne. It is led by Steffen Schmitt and members of the Mushroom AG. The event is created in cooperation with the Mycology working group of the Natural Science Association Bielefeld and Surroundings e. V. Sturdy footwear is recommended as part of the necessary equipment.
The participation fee is 8 euros for two participants. Each additional family member pays 3 euros. Registration was to be completed by October 6, 2026.
