Creative break in Bielefeld: Time for you, ideas, and new encounters
On Tuesday, October 13, 2026, the event Time for me – my creative break invites you to the Neue Schmiede in Bielefeld-Gadderbaum. From 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, a safe space will be created for women and girls aged 14 and above, who wish to paint, craft, try new things, and take a conscious break from everyday life together.
Painting, crafting, and realizing your own ideas
The focus is on creative activities in a relaxed atmosphere. Whether painting, crafting, or trying out new design ideas: Participants can find their own expression and be creative without performance pressure. The event experience combines practical creation with calmness, attention, and personal development.
Room for exchange and encounter
In addition to the creative program, the workshop offers time for talking, getting to know each other, and exchanging ideas. The atmosphere remains personal and appreciative. Especially for girls and women aged 14 and above, this offer creates a pleasant opportunity to make contacts and dedicate conscious time to themselves.
An inclusive offer with a social focus
The event is organized in the context of Bethel and the Neue Schmiede in collaboration with the counseling center LebensLust of the girls' house Bielefeld, as well as the project Girls Safe Inclusive. This makes the creative break a low-threshold outreach, social participation, and mindful coexistence.
Conclusion: Two hours just for you
The creative break at the Neue Schmiede combines joint creation, personal conversations, and a healing break from daily life. Anyone eager for colors, materials, new impulses, and encounters in a protected environment will experience a special evening full of calmness and creativity.
