Poetic voices, surprising perspectives, and an evening full of linguistic art

On October 9, 2026, the community center of Sennestadt will transform into a stage for pointed verses, personal stories, and literary surprises. At the 14th Sennestadt Poetry Slam, experienced stage poets meet local voices and newcomers.

When language directly engages with life

Niko Sioulis from Slam OWL will guide the evening, combining moderation, humor, and a sense of drama. The program thrives on different styles: personal texts, social observations, comedic vignettes, and reflective narratives stand side by side as equals.

A strong line-up from OWL and Bavaria

Included are Victoria, the current U20 OWL champion, Michael Gröning, Sam Sackbrook, Marlin from Sennestadt, and Echoes of Ink from Bavaria. The line-up is complemented by other local slam poets and newcomers. The literary quality arises precisely from this diversity of voices, tempos, and poetic forms.

Poetry Slam as an immediate literary experience

Poetry Slam connects stage presence, linguistic art, and direct exchange with the audience. Between pointed humor and quiet moments, an intimate reading atmosphere unfolds, where texts are not only read but experienced audibly. Each performance brings a unique voice, a unique rhythm, and a new perspective on the present.

Conclusion: Literature live and without safety distance

The 14th Sennestadt Poetry Slam promises a diverse cultural evening with strong voices, surprising texts, and immediate author encounters. Anyone wishing to experience contemporary literature, creative forms of language, and vibrant stage art will find in Sennestadt an inspiring place for an evening full of energy and discoveries.
