Ideas Against Loneliness: Discovering New Ways of Meeting Together

How can more social connectedness be created in everyday life? The workshop Ideas Against Loneliness invites you to the Knowledge Workshop Bielefeld on November 5, 2026, to practically and collaboratively explore this question. From 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, an interactive idea lab for adults, youth from 14 years, and seniors will be developed in the studio.

Impulse, Exchange, and an Idea Lab

The workshop begins with brief impulses on the topic of loneliness and social connectedness. Participants then work in small groups at various stations. This results in practical ideas for more encounters, exchanges, and community - within friend circles, in their own neighborhoods, or in other places of daily life.

Concrete Action Options Instead of Abstract Advice

The focus is on practical approaches that can be implemented at a low threshold. Participants engage with loneliness as a societal issue, recognize their own action possibilities, and collaboratively develop ideas for social connection. The event experience thrives on openness, perspective change, and the active participation of the audience.

For a Stronger Togetherness in Bielefeld

The calm event atmosphere of the Knowledge Workshop provides space for conversations, new contacts, and ideas that can extend beyond the workshop.

Conclusion: Encounter Begins with an Idea
