More security, clear boundaries, and strong presence in Bielefeld

The WenDo basic course for women combines self-assertion and self-defense in a practical training. On November 5, 2026, participants will meet in Bielefeld-Schildesche to sharpen their perception, set clear boundaries, and develop options for action in uncomfortable or threatening situations.

Self-confidence as the most important foundation

WenDo strengthens self-perception and trust in one's abilities. The focus is on exercises that help participants feel their own posture, use their voice purposefully, and express a clear no. The atmosphere remains focused, respectful, and tailored to the individual needs of participants.

Practical techniques for everyday life

The basic course teaches simple self-defense techniques as well as strategies for assessing uncomfortable and threatening situations. Perception exercises, self-assertion, and physical reactions are integrated. This creates a training session that focuses not on competitive sports but on safety, determination, and practical action competence.

Setting boundaries together

WenDo is taught exclusively by women for women and girls. The course creates a protected environment where experiences can be shared, personal boundaries reflected upon, and new movement patterns can be practiced. Participants train to present themselves and to remain capable of action in challenging moments.

Conclusion

The WenDo basic course offers an intensive evening for women who want to strengthen their self-confidence and familiarize themselves with the basics of self-defense. Those who want to set clear boundaries, use their voice, and gain more security in everyday life will experience a practical training with sustainable added value in Bielefeld-Schildesche.
