Unfortunately, it was an entirely disappointing experience. The staff there seem overwhelmed, unhelpful, and sometimes even disinterested. For simple questions, you either get evasive answers or none at all. You don't feel taken seriously, let alone supported, which is especially frustrating in an office that is supposed to be there for citizens. You really wonder what criteria are used to hire staff here. Kindness, competence, and commitment certainly don't seem to be among them.

Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to inform you about a highly concerning incident that occurred today at the citizen advisory service in Bielefeld. A security staff member employed by your company, named Nibras, behaved towards my fiancée in a manner that we found inappropriate and harassing. This behavior is, in my view, completely unacceptable, especially in a sensitive public environment like the citizen advisory service. Furthermore, I have heard from several sources that there have been similar incidents with this person in the past, and that investigations or proceedings against Mr. Nibras are allegedly underway. I cannot and do not wish to assess whether this information is accurate – however, I believe it is absolutely necessary for you to look into this. I am convinced that such allegations can significantly harm your company, particularly regarding your public reputation, your reliability as a contractor, and the safety of the individuals you serve. I therefore strongly urge you to take immediate appropriate measures to prevent further incidents of this kind. I contacted the citizen office by phone to get extracts from the birth register. As fate would have it, I was connected to Ms. Musa, and I received competent assistance. It's worth noting that she was very patient and kind, guiding me step by step through the forms and answering all my questions. Appointments are always kept very well, so there is no significant waiting time. The staff are very friendly and help you quickly. If you could do even more things online now (e.g., apply for an ID or passport, change your address, etc.), it would be 5 stars.
